Would you like to make a real impact on the discussions shaping the future of Europe and Asia? Are you keen to work with a diverse team as part of a multinational think tank? Here at STEAR, we are looking to shape the future of Europe-Asia relations and change the world for the better. We recognise that young people today are expected to do more in less time than ever before. We want you to see the opportunity of working for us as more than just another name on your CV. In joining STEAR you have the opportunity to be part of a growing and ambitious think tank, the first youth organisation focusing on Europe-Asia relations, producing high quality content and offering unique opportunities to youth across Eurasia. You get to be part of a dynamic network of young people from across the world and work with them on projects of your choosing. We believe in community-based and community-led learning. You will not so much be asked to participate in a project as to innovate and create one.

Besides the network and experience, we are keen to offer a professional development programme, through our unique events and trainings, allowing you to expand your skillset.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the positions paid?

No. All the positions are remote and voluntary, as STEAR is a youth-led think tank. However, STEAR will offer you valuable opportunities, network and professional development programs.
I feel like I am not qualified for any position, should I apply?

Absolutely yes. Don't self-reject, we welcome anyone regardless experience, nationalities, and social backgrounds. If you are not selected for now, there will be other openings regularly.
Do you have any fixed hours?

No, we don't. We are all students, so we understand that you will have other commitments. The workload will be flexible during your exam periods, so you can balance between your studies and your work at STEAR.
Can I apply for more than one position?

Yes, you can apply for as many positions as you want. You just need to submit all required documents to the application form.
